I help teams make strategic decisions by deeply understanding people, mapping how services really work, and turning those insights into clear, actionable direction. Over the past several years, I’ve led and contributed to design research, UX, and service design projects across sectors including financial services / healthcare / B2B products / food services.

I currently work full time in a player-coach role at Grand Studio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to tackle complex problems and deliver measurable impact.
